Leet Association Of American Leetness

 

“No, were not hacking, were just that good.”

 

Mission: The objective of leet association of American leetness is to create a steady group of gamers who are interested in playing, not being jerks, and this means there is no space in the clan for immature behavior. To avoid adding those who are too immature to handle a game, it’s important to setup some rules.

 

Our servers have four levels of membership, they are:

·         Level one-  a BASIC account, you get admin talk, and admin skins.

·         Level two-  a secondary admin, can kick, can refer for a ban, and can start map votes.

·         Level three-  a full offsite admin, gets almost every admin control and can ban anyone he/she deems fit.

·         Level four-  an onsite admin, has full control of server, and all server files.

 

RULES

 

·         No Raging 10 year-olds!
Well, this actually says it all. I am not looking for people that say: “wtf”, “hommie”, “niggah”, “For fucking sake”, “give me”, and “fuck u, you noob” in 1 sentence(either in G-chat or Teamspeak). Anything closely related to this example will be seen as the same. If you like to annoy, harass, flame or do something similar to your clan-mates you should look further for another clan.

·         Weapon Restrictions:

All sniper weapons have been restricted. The AWP and auto snipers are considered n00b weapons by most players, and nearly all snipers camp excessively. Excessive camping only slows game play, and angers players. If you really want to AWP, than we suggest a nice “no skills” server. The scout is only permitted when the user is not excessively camping. If you camp a lot expect to be abused sufficiently by an admin.

·         Cheating:

If you are caught using cheats and/or admit to using cheats, then we will issue a permanent ban for your steamid. {La0aL} reserves the right to scan your upload log for cheats when you use our servers. If you do not agree to this then you should not attempt to connect to any of our servers.

 

·         Racism:

We regularly check server logs for instances of racism and abuse on the servers. {La0aL} has a zero tolerance policy with regards to the use of racist language on our public servers, thus bans for racism are not removed. Ignorance of the use of racism, or the intention to use racism in any context or manner which you deem to make the racism "acceptable" is not an excuse for the racist comment itself.

 

·         Admin Impersonation:

Posing as a {La0aL} CS Admin in anyway whatsoever is prohibited.

 

·         Crashing Servers:

Deliberate interference in the running of servers, by using bugs to crash them or exploits is a very serious offence and is prohibited.

 

·         Abusive Language:

We tolerate a very small amount of abusive language. (If you wouldn’t say it to your moma’s face, don’t say it to ours.) But this is extremely limited, you will be warned, you can be temp-banned, or perma-banned.

 

·         Abuse towards other players and/or a  {La0aL}  Admin:

We will not tolerate anyone being offensive or abusive to other players/admins. People play the game for fun, they do not expect to receive abuse. We have a zero tolerance policy for abuse. If you act anti-social, then expect to be dealt with accordingly.

 

·         Offensive Player Names:

Using an offensive player name will not be tolerated, this includes any bad language in a player name.

 

·         Spamming cheat sites/advertising/constant spamming:

The spamming of cheat related websites, advertising in anyway and/or constant text spamming will not be tolerated.

 

·         Offensive Sprays:

Any use of offensive sprays will not be tolerated; these include sprays with pornographic content, racist content & abusive language.

 

·         Disruptive Play:

Disruptive play will not be tolerated on our servers; this includes team blocking, grenade spamming, excessive camping, abusing voicecomms etc...

 

·         In-Game Communication:

Although we welcome all players, we do ask that it is respected that our servers are US based and therefore we kindly require all players to use English to communicate, both in text and voice, repeated use of other languages may result in temp bans being added.

 

·         Admin_needed:

Anyone changing their name on a server to "admin_needed" for no particular reason, or spamming us with other useless requests, Will receive a ban, we do not appreciate our time being wasted on such requests. That is why our admin has an email.

·         Leaving The Clan

If you wish to leave the clan for whatever reason, please leave email a message to our admin, so we don’t have any confusion with the server.

 
·        Accusing the admins of hacking
Anyone accusing the admins of hax, will be abused, made fun of, and abused some more, IN THAT ORDER. No, were not hacking, were just that good.

 

 

 

Although our rules list is long, we really do just want everyone to join and have fun. The servers are fairly relaxed, but still all servers’ need a good rules list, and this is no exception. So have fun, but please do it reasonably. We don’t want to ban you as much as you don’t want to be banned.

What to do if you are banned:

If you have been banned, and are unsure why, you may e-mail your SteamID, details of the {La0aL} server you were last playing on, your nickname on that server, and any other relevant details to deadlyquasar@gmail.com.

If you feel you have been banned unfairly, you may appeal - however it is strongly recommended that you read the rules before you do, so that you might have a better understanding of why the admin chose to ban you.
Bans can only be appealed against if you can prove that you have not contravened any of the server rules, so therefore, while you may spend half an hour trying to tell us you're a "nice person really", this will not change the status of your ban.
Further information on appealing against your ban may be requested when you speak to an admin via email.

 

Punishments/Bans explained:

We have several methods that we use for enforcing our server rules, on most occasions you will be just be kicked from a server or given a text warning from an admin. If the admin feels that a warning is not enough you will receive one of 3 bans, these are in the form of temp and permanent bans. If you receive a temp ban you will be banned from our servers for 1-7 days, if you receive a second temp ban then that will last for 14 days, your third temp ban will be your final ban as those are automatically applied as permanent. A permanent ban means that you will be banned indefinitely from our servers.
